This event has passed. View upcoming events. Roald Dahl was and still is a very influential children's author. His birthday is celebrated world-wide in September. Come to the Marathon County Public Library for our very own Roald Dahl Day, celebrating his birthday and all of his wonderful stories! Decorate your very own journal to write like Roald Dahl, use your artistic talent to create a wacky creature flip-book, watch clips of Dahl's books turned into movies, write your own Dahl worthy story, and build your own Chocolate Factory! This event is for all Tweens, children in grades 3-5. It will be held in the new Tween Scene in the Wausau Library Children's Department. Registration for this event is required.
