Ken Hess, public affairs specialist for northern Wisconsin for the Social Security Administration, will present "Social Security and You," a program on Social Security benefits and options at 2 p.m. Thursday, September 13, 2012, at the Rothschild Branch Library, 211 Grand Ave., Rothschild. The program also will include a question and answer session with Hess and is geared for those who are currently receiving Social Security benefits, those who are becoming eligible for benefits and those who care for people eligible for benefits.
