DESCRIPTION:We are partnering again with Honor Flight to provide handmade cards for veterans to read on the Never Forgotten Honor Flight trip home from Washington D.C. this spring. Locals can show their support by making cards to be handed out during mail call. “Mail Call” is one of the highlights for the veterans on the Never Forgotten Honor Flight\, so let’s make it even more special for them. \nAll ages are invited to participate\, and all supplies will be provided. DESCRIPTION:All ages are invited to create seed mosaics at the library! Participants will use air-dry clay and an assortment of dried seeds and beans to design their own decorative tile. Pattern ideas will be provided\, such as a leaf\, a bug\, and a geometric design\, or create a design of your own! Take them home right away\, or leave them at the library to pick up later after we let them dry and spray them with an acrylic sealer to display outside. \nThis free event is open to all ages\, and no registration is required.
