DESCRIPTION:Join us for yoga at the library led by registered yoga teacher\, Jodie Schillinger. These sessions focus on gentle movements that flow into real life\, whether you’re looking for stress relief or simply a way to connect with your body and mind. All levels are welcome\, so feel free to move at your own pace. Make sure to wear comfortable clothing. You can bring your own mat\, but it’s not required. \nThis free event is open to adults and registration is not required.
