Calm: A Guided Tour of Mindfulness and Meditation
Adults Have you heard of mindfulness but you've been unsure of what it is or how it can apply to your life? Have you wanted to try meditating but you've been unsure of where to begin or what may be the right meditation for you?
Join us at the Rothschild Branch for an evening of relaxation as we learn about mindfulness and meditation. We'll start with a brief informational presentation about the key elements and health benefits of mindfulness and meditation. Dress comfortably as we will then sample a variety of meditation techniques from guided imagery to Tibetan meditations. All skill levels are welcome!
