Flash Fiction Story Project
Children Tweens are invited to join us for a fun program revolving around a short, short story - also known as flash fiction!
Flash fiction is a story containing usually just a few hundred words. Tweens (ages 8-12) will be reading a flash fiction piece and making a "found" project having to do with the story: taking books that are torn or falling apart and making something new with them like a bracelet or a collage. Then they can compose their own flash fiction. The event is aimed at tweens, but teens are also welcome to participate!
Free and no registration is required. Call the Marathon City Branch at 715-443-2775 for more information.
