Health and Wellness Club: Get Moving in May!
Adults Take part in lively health and wellness discussions to help you live better, including May's topic: how to get moving (and why you should!)
We'll talk about simple exercises people can do indoors and outside, discuss the benefits of moving - including dance - as well as meditation. All are welcome to join the discussion and feel free to bring your lunch! Movement and mindfulness information will also be available all month if you can't make it May 2.
