Aprons may just seem to be a practical piece of cooking attire, but what can aprons of yesteryear tell us about society at the time?
Anna Chilsen Straub from the Marathon County Historical Society will take a historical look at aprons and the purpose they served in local society through the decades. Attendees are also encouraged to bring their own aprons and share stories and memories attached to them.
Free and open to the public. For more information, call our Spencer Branch at 715-659-3996.
