DESCRIPTION:Adults are welcome to join us for relaxed\, self-led cribbage games in our charming\, historic second-floor space. Whether you’re a seasoned player or are new to this Midwestern staple\, all are welcome! There will be playing cards and one cribbage board provided\, but groups are encouraged to bring their own board. This fall we’ll meet every other Tuesday from 1:00-3:00 p.m. \nThis free event is open to adults\, with no registration required. For more information\, contact 715-693-2144.

DESCRIPTION:Stratford is having a book sale hosted by the Friends of MCPL\, and you just might find your next treasured book! Books are like-new or gently used books. All proceeds from these Friends sales go right back to MCPL to fund all the great programming we do throughout the year\, so it’s a win-win for you and MCPL! The sale will be held on Tuesday\, September 29 from 1:00-7:00 p.m. and Wednesday\, September 30 from 10:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. \nThere is no cost to browse and no membership is required!
