We’ll have a large sheet of paper for our mural\, and a variety of art supplies set out\, such as crayons\, markers\, colored pencils\, and paint. Our goal is to have something positive that will be displayed and enjoyed by everyone\, so be sure to be mindful with what you contribute. DESCRIPTION:Join us as we welcome Teddy\, a certified therapy dog and golden retriever\, to MCPL-Wausau! Not only can Teddy bring a smile to your face\, he’s also a willing and friendly listener! Children up to age 11 may bring their favorite books from home or borrow some from the shelves to read aloud to a friendly\, furry companion. This is a great opportunity for kids to practice their literacy skills and have fun! \nThis event is free and no registration is required. Meet us in the Aquarium Room on the fourth Saturday of each month from January to May*. Stop by anytime from 10:00-12:00 p.m. For more information\, please contact us at 715-261-7220. \n*Please note that May’s event will occur on May 16 instead of the fourth Saturday as the library is closed.
