Wausau: Bad Art Night

Think you’ve got what it takes to create a true “disasterpiece”? Join us for an evening of creativity, laughter, and terrible art at Bad Art Night! This judgment-free zone encourages you to forget “good taste” and create a piece of art that’s truly terrible. We’ll provide a wide variety of craft supplies, such as canvases, paint, colored paper, recycled materials, and more—you bring the bad ideas.

Make a painting, sculpture, collage, etc. in 45 minutes. In the final half hour, we’ll set up a Bad Art Exhibition and everyone can browse the created art and cast votes for their favorite pieces of bad art. The artist(s) of the top selection will receive an art-themed prize.

This free event is open to adults only, with no registration required. Participants can create by themselves or in teams of up to 4 people. No art experience is needed, just a sense of humor. For more information, please contact us at 715-261-7230.
