Spencer: Cotton Swab Snowflakes

Join us at MCPL-Spencer as we craft beautiful and unique snowflakes. Participants will arrange cotton swabs to make a snowflake pattern and glue their creation on colored construction paper. All materials will be provided, just bring your creativity!
