Wausau: Book Sale

Stop by MCPL-Wausau during our Friends of MCPL sale and you just might find your next treasured item: a book, a movie or something else from the wide variety of materials available! Our book sale room is packed to the gills with thousands of items that can be yours for low prices! All proceeds from these Friends sales go right back to MCPL to fund all the great programming we do throughout the year, so it’s a win-win for you and MCPL!

For this 4 day book sale only, experience special deals! From Wednesday through Friday, all books, CDs, DVDs, games, and puzzles are only 50 cents! This excludes up-priced items. The sale will first welcome members of the Friends group only on Wednesday, July 30 from 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm. If you’re not a member, you can fill out an application found online and bring it with you, or join on the spot! After that, the sale is open to anyone and everyone from 9:30 am to 7:30 pm on Thursday, July 31 and 9:30 am to 4:30 pm on Friday, August 1. We’ll finish with our popular $6 bag sale from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm on Saturday, August 2, also featuring 50% off all up-priced items.
