Need tech help?

Library staff can provide free one-on-one assistance for adults with basic computer and internet skills, job searching and applications, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.), social media (Facebook, X, etc.), E-books and library databases, new computers or mobile devices…and more!

Registration is required by calling 715-261-7230. Appointments are available every other Monday from 4:00-5:00 p.m. and on opposite weeks, every other Wednesday from 11:00-12:00 p.m. If the available times don’t work for you, we’ll help you schedule another session. When you arrive for your appointment, please check-in at the second floor Reference Desk. Please bring (if needed): Your device and its charger or cables, login info (usernames, passwords), device manual, mobile phone (for account recovery), and USB drive, memory card, or other storage.
