Wausau: Teen One-Shot: Stalkers in the Snow

A cold wind blows. Right now you would hate to be outside! The cold does not forgive mistakes. It magnifies them until they pile up like drifts of snow.

You sit on plush cushions around a crackling fire, sipping hot tea resting up before your job starts. A famous group of explorers struck out to cross the treacherous Frostfall Pass a week ago, and they are now two days overdue. It is your job to find them—or whatever is left of them—and their ‘special cargo’ on the mountaintop. Heavy snow storms have been brewing over the mountains, and the needle-finger cold waits for you outside your yurt.
