Join us for monthly gentle yoga and meditation sessions at our Mosinee Branch led by local experienced guide, Mandy Roberts. Please note this program is meant for beginners, but not those who need only chair adaptations. Make sure to wear comfortable clothing. You can bring your own mat but it’s not required. Free and open to adults, no registration is required.
