Kids throughout Marathon County will have the opportunity to explore process art with different projects available at five different MCPL locations this fall!
Process art is child-led. Instead of a set of specific directions and a specific craft outcome, process art is focused on the creation part of the process and allows for many different possibilities while children develop their creativity, critical thinking and fine motor skills, and even gain confidence in their artistic and crafting abilities!
Examples of projects that may be offered this fall include vegetable and nature stamps, dropper paintings, paper sculpture, bubble painting, and more. Each branch will have a different project each month so that children and caregivers have an opportunity to unleash their creativity while meeting other community members.
