Join us on Saturdays in November as we celebrate International Games Month with a series of games at MCPL Wausau, featuring a different game each week!
As the title suggests, International Games Month is celebrated all over the world – including at libraries – as a way to have fun, relax, and socialize. For our final Saturday session, gamers from tween to adult are invited to play Magic the Gathering at MCPL Wausau. Magic is the world’s first collectible trading card game and features rewarding and strategic gameplay, compelling characters, and a fantastic Multiverse.
Games can last anywhere from 20-30 minutes to hours, so games will start (and finish) throughout the day rather than starting at specific times.
Experience preferred but definitely not required. (Staff and other players can show you how the game works on that day.) No registration required. Call the library at 715-261-7230 for more information.
