Join us on Saturdays in November as we celebrate International Games Month with a series of games at MCPL Wausau.
On November 16, we’re hosting a live version of the popular Oregon Trail video game! Throughout the day, groups of up to eight people will “travel” around our community room by rolling dice to determine what happens next. Rolling an even number means the group moves west on the board. Roll an odd number and who knows? You might get more supplies or your group might have to deal with a calamity like the dreaded cholera! If even one member of your party survives to reach Oregon, the whole group wins the game!
Free and open to all ages, and each session takes up to 30 minutes. The first session begins at 9:30am and the last session will be at 4pm.
