Join us on Saturdays in November as we celebrate International Games Month with a series of games at MCPL Wausau, featuring a different game or games each week!
As the title suggests, International Games Month is celebrated all over the world – including at libraries – as a way to have fun, relax, and socialize. On November 2, we’ll host a mini gaming convention featuring an assortment of board games, including Betrayal at House on the Hill, Mysterium, Forbidden Island, Wizard’s Tower and King of Tokyo.
We’ll also host RPG (short for Role Playing Game) “taste test” sessions run by library staff. All games will be run by someone who has experience playing the game so people can jump in and play games they always wanted to try or have never heard of!
Free and open to the public, no registration required and the games are best suited for tweens, teens and adults. Call the library at 715-261-7230 for more information.
