Wausau: Plarn Cording and Macramé

To celebrate Earth Day this month, “Reduce, Reuse, & Recycle” by taking those old plastic bags balled up in the bottom of your closet and giving them new purpose!
We will show you how to make your own plastic bag yarn, “plarn”, and use it to create macramé air plant hangers and water bottle holders. Please bring your own water bottle you would like to use, around 16 oz works best. All other supplies will be provided, including air plants! Once you learn how to make it, you’ll be ready to create more unique pieces with plarn cording!
