Harness the power of storytelling in your own life during this Central Wisconsin Book Festival event with Dr. Carrie Jarosinski at the McMillan Memorial Library in Wisconsin Rapids.
Dr. Jarosinski is a certified nurse educator, certified health coach and group fitness instructor.
Her book, “Reclaim Your Story: Renew Your Health and Wellness through the Power of Storytelling” is a unique blend of storytelling and journaling (with space for readers to do their own writing) as a means to guide readers toward renewing their own health and wellness. Carrie will discuss the book and answer audience questions, and copies of the book will be available to purchase.
