Marathon City: Backpack Buddies

Do you like stringing beads? If so, stop in to create a Backpack Buddy at various MCPL locations over the summer!
We’ll have supplies and instructions available over the course of a week at each of seven MCPL locations, and participants can created a beaded dragonfly or perhaps some other kind of animal creation. Add a keyring and attach it to a backpack, and you’ll have a buddy to accompany you to school in the fall!
Free and best suited for tweens, no registration required. Call any of the participating locations for more information.
