The Central Wisconsin Book Festival welcomes author Susan Apps-Bodilly to the Portage County Public Library in Stevens Point to talk about food and gardening for the whole family!

Susan is the author of One Room Schools and coauthor (with Jerry Apps) of Old Farm Country Cookbook. If you’ve been inspired by seed collections at your library to plant and grow more local food and plants, her newest book, Seeds in Soil, is for you! She has been an elementary and middle school educator in rural and urban school districts in Wisconsin and Ohio and currently teaches second grade.

This and all other CWBF events are free and open to the public. No registration is required for this event. Call the PCPL at 715-346-1544 for more information.
