Children and teens (grades 3–12) are invited to this fun, hands-on and educational activity about MyPlate foods and making charcuterie boards!
Jasmine, a 4-H educator, will help us explore MyPlate food groups (think “divided plate” instead of “food pyramid,” but the concept is similar). Then, we will walk from the library to the indoor Farmer’s Market at Whitewater Music Hall to gather ingredients. After that, it’s back to the library to create our own charcuterie boards!
This program is free and open to all youth in grade 3 and older, along with their parents or caregivers.
Please note that space is limited, so registration is required. Register online, or give us a call at 715-261-7220.
Funding for this program is provided by Marathon County 4-H.
