How will I be notified if I have overdue items or items being held?
When you sign up for a library card, you have the option to receive library notifications via email or phone (voice or text).
Library notifications are sent as a courtesy. It is your responsibility to ensure items are returned on time.
You may adjust your notification preferences using the following information:
Email alerts
Email alerts include (1) “Pickup Notices” (sent when items you requested are available), (2) “Pre-Overdue Notices” (sent 2-3 days before your items are due) and (3) “Overdue Notices” (sent after items are due).
