Stratford: Landlord and Tenant Rights & Responsibilities

Do you know your rights and responsibilities as a landlord or tenant?
Join us for an informative event where an outreach specialist with the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade, and Consumer Protection (DATCP) will present the responsibilities of both landlords and tenants and how they can help make tenancy a positive experience for each other. Along with the presentation, DATCP will also provide two resources for attendees to take home: DATCP’s Landlord/Tenant Guide and a Tenants’ Rights and Responsibilities pamphlet.
