Colossal Fossils Presents: The Mammoth Hunters

Colossal Fossils Presents: The Mammoth Hunters

Children Touch mammoth tusks, bear skulls, and more as Sean the Mammoth Hunter talks about life in the Ice Age!

Colossal Fossils presents a program that focuses on the people that lived right here in Wisconsin thousands of years ago as they had to survive long winters and huge carnivores. Learn about the land and how glaciers changed the landscape. Discuss the giant Ice Age animals that also called Wisconsin home and how they may have interacted with the people. This fascinating program is 100 percent hands-on, allowing children and adults to touch every exhibit item!

Free and open to the public, no registration required. In order to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all patrons, large groups (more than 20 people) are asked to call ahead. We reserve the right to turn away groups on the day of the performance. Call 715-261-7220 for more information.
