Central Wisconsin Digitization Project (CWDP) is a consortium of libraries, historical societies, genealogical societies and museums committed to preserving and disseminating the history of Marathon and Lincoln counties through the digitization of original sources and artifacts and their subsequent publication online. The organizing theme of the CWDPs digital collection is “Community Life” — i.e., all aspects of community life, past and present, in these two counties. Under this theme, the collections are organized by the topics of education, industry, transportation, work, home and family.
