Wausau: Book Sale

Stop by MCPL Wausau during our Friends of MCPL sale and you just might find your next treasured item: a book, a movie or something else from the wide variety of materials available!
Our book sale room is packed to the gills with thousands of items that can be had for low, low prices! In addition to books and DVDs, you’ll find music CDs (we currently have a large selection of classical discs), board games, a bunch of puzzles and more. All proceeds from these Friends sales go right back to MCPL to fund all the great programming we do throughout the year, so it’s a win-win for you and MCPL!
The sale will first welcome members of the Friends group from 5-7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 31. (If you’re not a member, you can do so through our website or join on the spot!) After that, the sale is open to anyone and everyone from 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 1 and 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Friday, August 2. We’ll finish with our popular bag sale from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Saturday the 3rd. (What’s the bag sale? All you can fit in a bag for just $6!)
